The Fireplace Room of Provincial Office has become a place of the next meeting of Pomeranian Organizational Committee Euro 2012. The hosts of the meetings were: president of Gdańsk - Paweł Adamowicz and Pomeranian Vice Governor - Michał Owczarczak.

The airport: the agreement for the new terminal
The works concerning construction of the new passenger terminal on Lech Walesa Gdańsk airport will be commenced soon. The contract was signed on Wednesday, by virtue of which the consortium of Budimex and Doraco companies will construct terminal within 24 months, which is three months before UEFA Euro 2012™ launch.

08.10.2009 // ”Together for the stadium”
”Together for the stadium”Social Committee of Euro 2012 Support, Społeczny Komitet Wsparcia Euro 2012, uniting representatives of dynamically acting companies in Pomerania, has inaugurated the action "Together for the new stadium". Its goal is to collect voluntary funds, which will serve as a support during equipping the stadium and in purchasing the equipment for young footballers. The first one thousand zloty was donated by the president of Gdańsk, Paweł Adamowicz.

29.05.2009 // The consortium of Hydrobudowa and Alpine started on time!
On the 28th of May the consortium of Hydrobudowa and Alpine began working on the platform in the VIP section of the stadium. This will allow to begin drainage works on Monday – the 1st of June. Finishing the first phase will lead to laying of the concrete foundations starting from the 15th of June.read more »
13.05.2009 // Gdansk will host the UEFA EURO 2012™!
The president of UEFA Michel Platini officially announced that the hosts of the UEFA EURO 2012™ in Poland are: Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw and Wroclaw. 09.05.2009 // Starting from the 4th of May 2009 Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. has began setting it’s building infrastructure at the construction site of the new stadium.
On the 8th of May 2009 Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. - Alpine is supposed to deliver the construction schedule and all the documents necessary to start their work at the site. After all the formal issues will be settled BIEG2012 will officially pass the construction site over into the hands of Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. - Alpine so from the 11th of May they will become the actual host of the construction site of the new football stadium in Gdansk.read more » more news »
